I struggled with my weight most of my life. I lost 60lbs, some with the help of a trainer. By developing good nutrition habits & incorporating resistance training, to the cardio workouts I was religious to, I saw results immediately and was hooked. I knew I would never turn back to the way things were. I believe that the health and fitness journey requires a lifestyle change: mind, body and spirit. I am dedicated to helping others feel the way that I felt when I changed my lifestyle.
